Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove has been a fantastic sales automation tool to easily streamline all aspects of my role. Everything from creating tickets, outreach, managing relationships, logging all sales communication, etc. is doable with key metrics available to leverage along the way.

I've had the opportunity to use many different tools including Outreach, Yesware, Tout, etc. and none allow for the enterprise level support that Groove does with its direct and easy integration into Salesforce.

  • Creating automated flows for leads
  • Managing key metrics relating to sales activity
  • Some aspects of the UI could be improved
  • Easier template access
  • Tracking and analytics
  • Managing support ticket flows into Salesforce
  • Increased productivity
  • Greater customer satisfaction
There was a learning curve at the beginning; however, since then everything has been easy to use/manage.
It provides a better enterprise solution compared to the other platforms that are more small employee size/team focused.

It's great for sales outreach and management of existing relationships, it's less appropriate when you're focused on quick responses and quick hand-off of tickets to support.
