Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it for calling, tracking stats, sending out email flows. It makes my work processes way more efficient. Saves me time, books me more meetings, etc.

Pros

  • Tells me which of my sales efforts are working and which ones aren’t.
  • Saves me hours of time worrying about email follow ups.
  • Books me so many more meetings than I would on my own.

Cons

  • I can’t think of any. I’m still in disbelief that my past company didn’t use Groove.
  • Email.
  • Call.
  • Increase productivity.
  • More meetings = more revenue.
Super user-friendly. I am not a power user and can do a whole lot with it.
