Groove is being utilized on our sales side of the organization. It helps keep our workflow organized and allows the team to work more efficiently without letting any leads slip by.
- Creating workflows to manage leads more efficiently
- Ability to create/use templates that generates higher response rates
- Allows team to see whats due next and helps the team stay organized day to day
- At times the engagement stats does not capture/show the views/clicks of emails that are scheduled. Looks like it captures only emails that are sent manually.
- I liked the old dialer where it automatically popped up and stayed on the lead's page. The new dialer is too big and bulky blocking up the screen when working.
- Ability to build out flows
- Ability to see engagement and what templates work best for generating more responses
- Very user friendly and streamlined
- Definitely an increase on productivity
- Has created a greater volume of booked demos from new leads
- Generated more customer interactions by using successful templates
