Overall Satisfaction with Groove

The sales department uses Groove to help with automation. This is regarding sending, tracking, and writing emails.
  • The dialer loads very quickly and easily allows calls to be documented.
  • The scheduling feature within emails drives meeting bookings due to its ease of use and crisp appearance to the scheduler.
  • The omnibar within emails allows for info to be seen without hopping into Salesforce.
  • Templates are easily added and synced with Salesforce, which pulls in personal merge field data.
  • The "send with Groove" functionality has more of a delay (a couple of seconds) than simply pressing "send" in outlook.
  • Additional options around tracking views on sent emails would be nice.
  • The dialer on the desktop, connected with Salesforce and analytics.
  • The Outlook integration, with the scheduler.
  • Email templates connected to Salesforce.
  • Greatly reduced manual tasks for booking appointments which causes faster deal cycles.
  • Beating the opposition to the first contact even when I'm slammed via the scheduler.
Would give a 9 if the "Send With Groove" email integration did not have a delay, and if there were more options around viewing results of email view tracking.

The dialer sits on the desktop, no longer requiring a browser to be open. It also loads immediately, allowing me to do my work without being bogged down by software, but rather supported without having to think about it. The Omnibar outlook integration shows me the info I need without having to go into Salesforce. Sending emails in mass before an in-person event is also very quick and easy within Groove.
