Using Groove
60 - There are sales representatives, around sixty people, and all use Groove. As the sales environment is uncertain, and the customer is not always interested at that time, the Groove tool is needed to send reminders, emails on different days, having a greater reach of the proposal being offered to the customer.
20 - To support Groove we have some people who use the tool throughout the day. But apart from that, at least once a day everyone uses the flows to send emails and has control of how many interactions are made during the week, how many calls are made and which customers were able to see and open the emails sent.

I would look for a tool that would help in contacting and attracting customers and that would be well evaluated, just like Groove. It wouldn't change in the form of evaluation, it would keep looking in the same way. I would ask for the opinion of other people using the tool, too.
