Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Pretty much the entire sales force for our corporate payments department uses Groove on a daily basis. With our main focus being new customer acquisition, Groove has been instrumental when it comes to increasing efficiencies while prospecting a large number of potential clients at one time. The integration with our CRM has been so seamless and is a real-time saver.

Extremely intuitive and easy-to-understand interface. I personally learned the system and felt comfortable within the first few weeks of getting access. Integration with Salesforce is very seamless.
Groove automates a number of my daily tasks and saves at least 3-4 hours each week.

The flexibility of the platform makes it so easy for each individual seller to customize how they target their prospects. The reporting capabilities make it easy for management to track activity and measure what is proving to be most successful.
