Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Departments that use Groove: sales, customer success, software implementation Groove makes contacting our clients easy. One of our main tasks in customer success is identifying champion users of our software. Using Groove flows, we are able to upload a CSV of users that we would like to target in our outreach.
  • Groove flows make following up on emails with no response super easy by automating the task.
  • Using the scheduler makes setting up appointments very easy.
  • Being able to see if someone has viewed the emails helps me know when to follow up with a customer.

Groove is very well suited for email outreach to large groups of people. Additionally, it is also beneficial in outreach to specific individuals as you are able to see if they have viewed the email or not. This has come in handy when I am trying to contact someone about an upcoming renewal and see that they are not opening any of my emails. This is usually a red flag that that point of contact has left the company.
