Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is used by our sales and operations teams primarily for automatic logging of emails to Salesforce. Not having to manually log or select where an email should be yet knowing it will be where you need it in Salesforce is a huge benefit. We have tried other solutions for this problem, but Groove is by far the only one that I have never had to worry about.
Pros
- Logs emails to contacts in Salesforce automatically.
- Outlook plugin is handy.
Cons
- Could be easier to select the required fields to create a new contact in Salesforce from the Outlook plugin for new contacts CC'd on emails.
- Automatic logging of emails.
- Saving sales/operations time is huge.
- Cirrus Insight, Salesforce Lightning Dialer and Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
There are some others too, and Groove is the only one that has never caused any anxiety over whether customer data will be correctly logged in the CRM.
