Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it to send mass email campaigns to our clients, to track clicks and opens, and to create flows. I also use it for scheduling meetings.

Pros

  • Keeps track of people who open, click, reply to emails.
  • Provides meeting calendar invites for my clients who book using my schedule links.
  • Allows me to email many clients all at once.

Cons

  • I would like to be able to add my own fields to my meeting types.
  • Ease of use.
  • Sharing ability - we like to share our flows among the team.
  • Being able to pull in Fields from Salesforce.
  • I have goals to hit each year and this helps me hit them. The goals are within the 10,000 mark, which means I need to send many emails to hit it.
Very easy to use once you have been using it for a short period of time.

Great for my line of work where I have large lists of people I need to email at once. It saves my flows to use at another time or year as well. I schedule many meetings, and love that I can send clients my meeting links and they can book themselves in, it saves a lot of back and forth and it is very user-friendly.
