Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove daily for outreach work - it allows me seamlessly to use marketing-generated content and I can either use standardized flows or create my own. Even in a standardized flow I can easily edit the templates and add a new step if I wish to add my own personalized context. The scheduler is really powerful and I use it as standard in all my emails (existing contacts or prospects). I receive Groove reminders so I do not miss a step in my outreach and I can easily share with my teams my content and trackable KPIs of what has worked best/worst. Transparency and evaluation are key in our organization and Groove allow us to do that.
