Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use it to help with outreach for clients. Groove solves being on track with metrics and the scope of my use case is being able to hit my KPIs. Groove also helps me to follow up with clients a few days after initial outreach and it helps me with being able to reach out to clients in different ways.
- Multiple ways of outreach.
- Follow ups.
- Email, voicemail/call, and LinkedIn templates.
- Being able to differentiate when an email opens up that it is either the person CC'd or the intended recipient.
- Templates.
- Flows.
- Notification when someone opens the email.
- Increased productivity.
- Allowing employees to hit their metrics/KPIs 100%.
- Staying consistent.
I save a lot of time. Especially when I have to double-tap a client because they haven't responded back to an email, LinkedIn post, or called me back. It also helps me with staying in front of the client.
I haven't used another product like Groove.
