Overall Satisfaction with Groove

It allows us to keep track of our leads and where they are in our cadence and allows us to send multiple emails quickly. Its schedule link helps our customers book meeting with us, and presents a functional call to action. The Vidyard plug-in lets us put in simple videos to help send more interesting e-mails to potential customers.

  • Omni dialer allow us to call from one screen.
  • When selecting the results of a call some additional options would be nice.
  • A way to mass edit your flows.
  • Keep track of leads in your cadence.
  • It easily allows me to seem my activity each day to ensure I am on target.
  • It make it much easier to import leads from Salesforce.
Groove is very good when your work is standardized, but if you need to deviate from your process it's not great. For example, if your cadence has you contacting new customers every 3 days and a customer interacts with your email it can be a little difficult to find the customer in the cadence as you may not have visibility to them.

Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
Well suited - When someone has a lot of prospecting to do and needs to keep track of multiple leads. The analytics helps you keep track of your activity each week. Less appropriate - If someone has to include HTML images with their emails they can be altered. Once leads have been pushed to the next step they can be difficult to find.
