Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I take users in my salesforce CRM or tableau reports and import them into Groove to keep track of where clients are in the process or do my outreach. I mainly am using groove to do my outreach so send out emails to potential clients. Very easy platform and integration to CRM is nice.

I give it a 10 because it's very user-friendly and I have never had any specific use case issues that have caused me to have delays in my workflow.
Groove is much more easier to navigate through, I like getting emails of where my flow statuses are each day and easily being able to find them without having to go through a bunch of pages to find thing which Salesloft was bad at

Groove has the integration set up with my CRM to have an easy workflow where all I have to do is make sure the names/info is correct and I can easily import/upload to groove. It's a very seamless process that takes me less than 5 minutes now that I have the hang of it.
