I utilize Groove to make touchpoints such as emails and calls with prospects. I also utilize Groove to connect with several prospects via LinkedIn, the product helps create a flow of touchpoints and set up strategic meetings with prospects as well as submit notes through our CRM easily and record metrics.

It is user-friendly and allows the user to organize cadences in an efficient manner. It connects easily with CRM and allows you to keep track of metrics within their website and within CRM. Groove has helped keep track of metrics through their own software and through our CRM it has allowed for me to analyze which areas I need to improve in or what I have been doing that has yielded results. It also allows you to set up meetings more efficiently and look back through notes to determine what has been said previously and how to organize previous conversations via your calendar. It has been a great tool in organizing which accounts have yielded more interest as opposed to others.
