Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove solves 3 main issues for us:
1) Logging email/calendar activities out of Gmail.
2) Allows our sales development team to automate email outreach via flows.
3) Keeps our email sending compliant on several levels.
  • Email sending compliance.
  • UI is extremely easy to use for admin and end user.
  • Integration with SFDC.
  • New dialer has a lot of great features but is glitchy.
  • Gmail activity tracking.
  • TBD, the sales development team has only had the tool for a month or so.
UI/UX is extremely intuitive. Moving from Salesloft the team has had nothing but praise for how easy to use the Groove system functions.

Groove is great if you are admiring/managing the tool. There are no sync errors because the platform runs directly on top of SFDC, with no separate database to cause data inconstancy. It's all great for team leads who are trying to manage the use of flows. There are many ways to set roles and permissions in order to control the use of communication, then easily report on what is working and what is not.
