Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove primarily to create email templates for cohorts that would be a good fit for our platform. This also allows me to monitor which emails get the most clicks rates, connection rates and is generally helping me follow up on opportunities with potential vendors.

Pros

  • Analyze the amount of activity/progress day-to-day

  • Not really anything I can think of because it functions really well for what I use it for.

  • Quicker deal cycles due to monitoring relativity with different vendors
Groove is easy to learn and implement in a new company. I use it along with SalesForce and Google.

Groove is best when utilized as a way to understand how your email activity can impact a specific group of leads. I use it to create new templates and can monitor how a specific group of cohorts interacts with the email thus giving me the opportunity to book appointments or create follow-up responses with their Flow system.
