Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to organize cold email and call outreach amongst our team. It made mass emailing and organization much easier vs when the team had to manually organize their calls and stages themselves, with at least 90-100 accounts and hundreds of points of contact. Groove is essential to our daily function.

I found Groove to be very easy to understand once I was walked through it once. I really like the integrations it has with Salesforce so you can automatically import contacts you've created in Salesforce. I also love the auto - customization, which makes mass email sending so much easier. Groove Scheduler is also the best tool.

Groove is perfect for those in sales positions where they have a large volume of leads/contacts that they need to reach on a consistent basis. Groove makes organization a breeze so I always know when a contact I previously emailed is due for another follow-up email. It also prevents confusion by giving you the option to auto-remove those who reply to your outreach attempts.
