Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use the Groove Scheduler every day. It allows me to reach out to my students via email and for my students to book time with me with a click of a button. It is really helpful how Groove syncs with both my Google Calendar and Salesforce to keep records!

Groove is very easy to navigate. You can great different types of meetings with different durations. Another helpful feature is that you are able to provide a buffer between meetings if you need time to take notes and get organized in between meetings.

If you need software that allows clients to schedule with you without using the same type of calendar or having access to that calendar, then Groove might be a good option for you! You are able to set parameters on your availability, so if on Wednesdays you want to focus on admin work without meetings you can do that!
