Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to organize my pipeline and create actionable lists as well as send automated emails. I also use the Groove platform to make calls and to receive calls and log them into Salesforce. I use it as an individual and it helps me to implement my various campaigns and processes.
  • Allows me to easily edit my different flows/campaigns.
  • Gives me useful statistics on my open rates, response rates, and finished tasks.
  • Helps me get in contact with customers through email, phone, and text.
  • The connection to Salesforce Lightning can be glitchy.
  • To skip tasks or log calls without making them through the Groove platform is not easy.
  • It does not always automatically trigger all actions as expected.

It is very easy to use and offers the user a lot of transparency into campaigns and what emails are currently working and what are not. I can see what subject headlines lead to the most opens and what content leads to the most responses. It makes it easy to tailor your emails to your target demographic.

The Groove platform is well suited to managing and upkeeping a large pipeline with many leads and accounts in it. It is a great way to organize tasks that need to be actioned and to reach large groups of people. It is not good for figuring out the status of an account - it will not pull up all past emails with them or your previous actions.
