Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to organize my pipeline and create actionable lists as well as send automated emails. I also use the Groove platform to make calls and to receive calls and log them into Salesforce. I use it as an individual and it helps me to implement my various campaigns and processes.
Pros
- Allows me to easily edit my different flows/campaigns.
- Gives me useful statistics on my open rates, response rates, and finished tasks.
- Helps me get in contact with customers through email, phone, and text.
Cons
- The connection to Salesforce Lightning can be glitchy.
- To skip tasks or log calls without making them through the Groove platform is not easy.
- It does not always automatically trigger all actions as expected.
