I use Groove to help with organization and increasing engagement with the content that I am sharing with prospects and COIs.

Groove is pretty straightforward for the most part, but there are some features and functionalities-mainly within flows that can be confusing and frustrating.
1-2 hours saved-less back and forth between COIs and Prospects for scheduling and helps me more efficiently target Prospects, COIs, and clients
Vidyard is great because it adds a personalized means of outreach with having the video interaction, I use Vidyard in conjunction with Groove to help personalize and target my outreach efforts.

When dealing with cold calls/cold COIs, and prospects, tracking different sales techniques/how best to engage with a particular COI or prospect. Helps me have an idea of when would be a good time to reach out to them-based on when they open the email/engage with the content I sent. Helps with gaining access-I have had prospects more often respond when utilizing Groove then when I don't. I wish flows were more customizable, I have some clients and prospects that I can't call or email (one or the other is opted out) and it doesn't allow me to skip the call or email step in these cases/change my flows based on the desired activities that I want for that flow. Calendar functionalities are great for scheduling, but aren't always accurate with my actual availability so there have been times that prospects or COIs cannot schedule time with me because the availability shown in my Groove calendar isn't accurate.
