Overall Satisfaction with Groove
It was used for reaching out to people via email alongside Salesforce. The most used features were mass email sending and email tracking. It's good to know when you send an email and see when the people opened it. It's convenient too when you have, for example, 20 leads that day and can send 20 emails with one click.

Automated sales campaigns were really useful while using it. It saved a lot of headaches by sending a lot of emails. Scheduling contact and meeting were useful, too, and the tracking of emails. Knowing when someone opens an email is really good. Oh, and it reminds you when someone responds too if you don't see the notification on the mailbox.
