Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I used Groove to set reminders attached to emails and I also use it to insert calendar links in emails for customers to be able to schedule meetings seamlessly.
  • It provides me with reminders to follow up.
  • It helps my recipients coordinate meetings by using the Groove calendar link.
  • It allows me to schedule emails to go out at a later time if I am going to be out of the office.
  • I would like to see Groove have alerts for if you did not follow up on a reminder.

It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
