Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We are using Groove for mass emailing and calling. Thanks to Groove, I am reaching out to many leads and it is helping me to grow my pipeline for sales. It is also very helpful to track cold calls. Preparing a flow with many touchpoints helps us get answers from the leads.

  • With one mailing to 100 contacts. I got 9 meetings which is a good ratio.
Very easy to use and understand. The customer service team is great and they take action so fast.

Groove is definitely well suited for email flows. It is very easy to track, and Groove automatically does lots of hard work for me. It tells me who to reach, who opens my emails, and what I should do next. Also very easy to connect Salesforce and Gmail so I don't need to log my activities manually.
