Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove mainly to track meetings and emails. Groove is very easy to use, and I love the email tracking feature that allows you to see when your email has been opened. Using templates with Groove is much easier and more efficient than other email platforms I've used in the past.

It is easier to use than any other tool that my organization has previously used, and it accurately and effectively tracks the activity that my management looks for in our CRM.

Both user-created and company-created templates are easy to implement. Logging activity to my CRM is so much easier with Groove and gives me time back for making sales calls each day. The "email opened" tracking feature is especially helpful when planning the next steps with new prospects - I take a different follow-up approach if my email is getting opened but no response versus it not getting opened and no response.
