Sending out Sales Campaign emails made simple with Groove
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to reach out to prospective customers to see if they are interested in learning about Tenable.ad, the product that I sell.
Pros
- Groove lets you know who has or has not opened your email and if you clicked on a link that was provided.
- It also lets you know how many times the email has been viewed. If it's multiple times, most likely the person has forwarded the email to others to view.
- You can send out hundreds or thousands of emails at once.
Cons
- It would be nice to be able to send out Groove emails to users that are not in Salesforce
- Looking at who has opened the email and how many times
- Templates that can be defined and saved
- Reminders to follow-up on Flows that have been sent
- Increased productivity, I can concentrate on other tasks than spending half a day sending out emails to build a business.
- Being able to collaborate with other colleagues on Grooves/Flows sent.
- Letting me know that an email has bounced and removing them for the next flow.
