Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove not only to monitor email and outreach performance but also as a great tool to schedule meetings, utilize email templates, and also creating flows for our outbound efforts. It's been a really great asset for the small team that we have and makes everything so much easier by having a smoother flow throughout the day.

  • Sometimes Groove + Google will disconnect.
  • Uploading contacts to flows can be a lengthy process.

It is easy to use, but like any product, it does have its flaws, some times things lose connection and what not make it tough, especially during a busy work day, but with the groove plug-ins those are always quick and easy fixes. Just can be frustrating at times when trying to get a bunch of work done.

As mentioned earlier in the review, Groove has been really great for functions like needing to track open rates to emails and such. We find it very helpful, especially when trying to figure out the best times that a follow-up should be sent and what not. The connection to salesforce could be a bit better so that during outreach it is a smooth process and moves faster.
