Overall Satisfaction with Groove

A very easy-to-use sales enablement tool. With the Flows, we can use templates to build multiple touch cadences (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to reach out to our customers and prospects. Everything is logged automatically, to get a good look at the customer's or prospect's journey. This saves our team a lot of time and allows them to focus on connecting with our customers and prospects.

  • Log Activities - saves us a lot of time
  • Flows/Cadences are easy to set up
  • Very good support team
  • Desktop app would be nice
  • To postpone an activity until a certain time, not only a date and remind me when it is due

There is still some room for improvement, but we see continuous development and our feedback is taken seriously.

You can make an easy follow-up for events, webinars, etc. or reach out to your customers with updates or start a conversation with a potential customer. You can build your flows for many different use cases, share them with your colleagues, and reuse the templates for different tasks if possible.
