Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to manage email outreach to different prospects. It is especially useful for designing the flow of different email campaigns, and for assigning prospects to different campaigns as recipients. I can use it to track email opens in real-time, as well as overall open rates, which helps with my outreach. Overall, it is a very useful tool for email marketing.

- I would like to be able to move people from one flow step to another without actually sending them the email (ex. if someone has blocked communication from Groove, I can still move them to the next step to keep track of where I want them, since I would just send them the email from my account and not from Groove).
