Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Groove to manage email outreach to different prospects. It is especially useful for designing the flow of different email campaigns, and for assigning prospects to different campaigns as recipients. I can use it to track email opens in real-time, as well as overall open rates, which helps with my outreach. Overall, it is a very useful tool for email marketing.

I would like to be able to move people from one flow step to another without actually sending them the email (ex. if someone has blocked communication from Groove, I can still move them to the next step to keep track of where I want them, since I would just send them the email from my account and not from Groove).

Usability

Excellent UX, but some aspects (like mentioned before, unable to move people from one step of a flow to another without sending them an email) can be problematic.

Groove is great for marketing and sales teams! It is probably not so great for individual communication. Works best for batch emails.
