Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I primarily use Groove for prospecting, lead nurturing, voice-to-voice calls, email and analytics, etc. Groove helps me stay organized, on task and on track to meet/surpass my daily metrics and aid in pipeline generation. It's an easy-to-use, intuitive tool that has had a direct impact on my overall success in business development.

Groove is fantastic. However, often times it can be clunky and not work in the manner it's supposed to, e.g., flows don't progress, prospects are not removed from the flow, and calls won't register. Those are typically easily resolved but nonetheless still bothersome. It's always easy to reach customer support when issues arise.

Outreach is another sales engagement tool that I've used in the past. The most important difference Groove has made for me has been the automation between our CRM & Groove. With the ability to eliminate redundant, time-consuming tasks & enter info into our CRM directly into Groove, it takes the cake! Period

Groove is ideal when it comes to prospecting for new business, nurturing leads, focusing on marketing event invites, maintaining a presence amongst your prospects, and building a healthy sales pipeline. It's easy to use and helps me operate with efficiency, speed and adaptability in my everyday tasks. I would recommend this platform to any sales org.
