Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove helps organize outreach by allowing us to create outreach flows and execute on them in an easy and organized way. Groove also enables us to track opens and clicks on emails which is essential in our process. We're able to reach out to a significant amount of contacts in an easy effective way.

  • Sometimes the chrome extension is glitchy

Groove is very easy to use, everything is pretty intuitive and once you get the hang of it, it can really cut down on the time it takes to do outreach.

I think Groove works really well for teams looking to do strategic outreach in an effective and organized manner. I think it would be less applicable to teams who need to customize outreach for every single contact, but it does allow for customization in outreach quite a bit.
