Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove every day for prospecting and scheduling my outreach. The groove sidebar helps with the ease of prospecting as I am able to easily plug in leads into Salesforce and later schedule my outreach touch points. Myself along with my team utilizes the ability to create and share flows for our outreach. In the analytics tab, we are also able to see in-depth data on how these flows are performing in terms of open rate, response rate and meetings booked.

  • meeting scheduling link (able to insert this link in the flow and on Groove's gmail extension)
  • scheduling outreach (able to schedule when emails and linkedin outreach is sent).
  • the flows section could use some improvement in terms of organization and UX
  • Sometimes the outreach bars on the home page reset and show lesser emails than previously shown
  • I would like to be notified in the sidebar if a contact has opted out of contact before I add it to a flow

I give this rating because Groove helps me as well as my team fulfill our day-to-day outreaches in an organized, simple, and fast fashion.

Groove is very helpful in creating leads via the sidebar. I am able to create leads and contacts much more seamlessly than manually entering this information. Additionally, my team has connected Groove to Google calendar and Salesforce so that our outreach, activities, and meetings booked can be tied together and viewed across these platforms.
