Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove by sending out email blasts and following campaigns to be organized on how to follow an email and call tracking. This is to help us get clients to jump on account reviews. It's solving the problem of being able to send out mass emails and making sure that we are calling each client the appropriate amount. I use Groove every day without fail and it helps keep me organized.

Cons

  • Editing campaigns so that we can easily move people around.
  • Sometimes the email templates are messed up.
  • Being able to take people out of the call campaign in case they answer so you don't have to go and find them in the next day.

  • Getting account reviews with clients. I've been able to get 60+ account reviews from about 200 different clients.

It's a very intuitive product.

Yes

Groove is very suited for sales blasts or the client success team. For example, if you want to send out a mass email blast to have clients drive interest for new products, this is perfect. Or if you want to send out an email to multiple clients to fill out a survey, Groove works great!
