Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove by sending out email blasts and following campaigns to be organized on how to follow an email and call tracking. This is to help us get clients to jump on account reviews. It's solving the problem of being able to send out mass emails and making sure that we are calling each client the appropriate amount. I use Groove every day without fail and it helps keep me organized.
