Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to reach out to multiple potential clients with different campaigns.
  • Working with flows.
  • Intuitive to use.
  • I like the function of setting up templates.
  • Keeping track on our process of outboud calling
  • We already see an increase in productivity.
  • It makes organizing outbound campaigns easier.
Groove is easy to use, and you don't need too much training. Groove seems very intuitive as well.
I am a user and not an administrator, so I don't know if we checked anything else before getting Groove.
