Overall Satisfaction with Grovo by Cornerstone

We use Grovo for creating and pushing out a variety of training to webinars to all of the employees in the company. We use it company-wide and we love the fact you can create different training for different departments. We also enjoy the fact that anyone can create a training. It has helped us with training within the company. We have always been a training-heavy company but this has allowed us the ability to create more trainings for a variety of issues that occur and we are also using this with our clients as well and creating trainings for them.

  • Ability to track trainings (who has done it and who hasn't).
  • Ease of tracking all training done.

  • Continued ease of creating training.
  • Opportunities for others to add feedback to training.
  • Continued ease of tracking, this is super important to us.
  • Positive - allowed us to provide top-notch training to our employees.
  • Positive - allows every employee to look through past trainings if they need a reminder.
  • Positive - allows us to track when the trainings are being completed.
  • Positive - ability to create trainings quickly and easily.
Grovo is a top-notch training module that has helped our company step it up! We have created a number of trainings at the ease of a quick overview of the software and a point and click mentality. We love the tracking feature which I don't believe Brainshark had when we used them last. I also love the fact that you can add in GIF and additional visual aides to keep the trainee interested in the training. I also enjoy how they are invested in short 'mirco-burst' trainings as many of our trainings are short and allow our employees to complete them when they have an extra 10 minutes or so. Great software for our company.
When we have had issues with Grovo not working or a problem with report we have always gotten an answer quickly. We have a rep that we speak to often to make sure we are satisfied with the system and is just a quick email away. It nice to know we have support that will get back to you in a quick manner as we rely on this software.

Throughout our three years with Grovo we have used it to some very high abilities. We first purchased it to assist with training and over time we realized we could use for client trainings, tracking of information and ability to have others create trainings as well. It has been a great resource to allow us to make our training more robust and are always coming up with new trainings to add. This has helped with new hire trainings (so the managers don't have to do them live), client specific needs and all company training that is required. The ease to create these is wonderful and of course tracking that the training are getting completed is very important.
