Overall Satisfaction with Gumlet
We use Gumlet for video management, hosting and to secure our assets. We embed the product into our websites, but also use it for processing of the videos, including subtitles, optimization for mobile, etc. We needed a solution to be able to embed videos, but more importantly, we were looking for a solution that also included FairPlay compatibilty, as we were publishing potentially protected videos that we did not want to be disseminated.

The integration support isn't quite as robust as Wistia, but Wistia is considerably more expensive. Wistia also doesn't have Fairplay support. Wistia has a robust API for their player, that is highly programmable, but in the end, Gumlet offered enough customization in their embedded player that we didn't have to built a separate publication system. We just embedded their player and we were done!

No - I don't think they offer it and there was no need.
Yes - The bug in the interface was acknowledged. Although it hasn't been fixed, they offered a workaround.
I was having an issue with their interface not saving a setting in certain browers. The customer support team manually made the change necessary, offering me a workaround in the meantime.
