Overall Satisfaction with Guru

My team and management consistently use Guru. It's so simple to use in our field of work (employment verifications) because every second counts with us and it's so handy to have a guide available instead of having to type everything out (we work remotely.) My number one favorite feature is pulling up a card just by searching for a keyword- very neat. My supervisor benefits by seeing how many of the teammates have viewed the information on Guru. Would recommend!

Guru is the ultimate teaching tool for employees who don't know something off the bat and need a quick or detailed reference. It lacks in the fact that it is not entirely all-inclusive, but that can easily be fixed by the addition of more content. I recommend Guru for many purposes.
