Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto to process the payroll for full-time and part-time employees as well as contractors. Gusto also manages our state and federal tax filings each quarter. Our employees are able to access their pay stubs and tax documents all directly from the portal. Gusto makes it easy for anyone to get payroll up and running within a few hours.

  • Customer support response times can be improved
  • Multiple admin accounts on Gusto are a bit confusing to manage; admins that are not account creators have a hard time getting changes made.

Gusto is much easier to use than ADP. It's automated and learns from your previous transactions.
Gusto is great for any startup or small business that needs out-of-the-box HR processing services. Gusto offers a great step-by-step wizard to add new employees and manage payroll. The user interface is incredibly intuitive and simple to set up. I believe Gusto is great to manage payroll for companies with less than 50 employees.
