Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We advise small business startups, and strongly recommend Gusto for their payroll needs. Gusto is affordable, and very easy to use. After the start up phase (which is a bit cumbersome registering with all the state taxing authorities), gusto is on point, and payroll is completed accurately, all the time. Problem solving is thorough when a notice is received from a taxing authority. All of the employees I have dealt with have been professional and helpful.

Gusto is far superior. Very, very difficult to get an error from Quickbooks resolved. Takes tremendous amount of time and energy.
