Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We are a smaller company with under 100 employees. Gusto gives us the right level of payroll support we need, with many self-service options and a user interface that doesn't require extensive training to grasp.

Pros

  • Intuitive user interface.
  • high level of visibility.

Cons

  • I can't seem to see my May pay stub until my actual payday. My previous employment situations would have my paycheck details available at least 24 hours before payday if not more.
  • Visibility team-wide.
It is straightforward and user-friendly.

Gusto is fairly straightforward and easy to grasp. There are just a few details that can be hard to find (e.g., upcoming pay estimates, where the team calendar is to see PTO, etc.).
