Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Very organized and professional, it helps keep track of all pay stubs and W-2s. It is easy to access and use, but sign-in can be tricky if you do not enter your email correctly. However, tech support is beneficial and understanding of these issues. Excellent service and I would highly recommend it to other companies.

Email responses tend to be delayed and need to be quicker.

Usability

I gave it this rating because everything is easily accessed and understandable even if you are not tech savvy; the staff is very understanding, especially in the tech department. I would highly recommend it to any business, large or small, to gain a better grasp on payroll and other things. I am pleased.

Likelihood to Recommend

I have not encountered any situations where I found them less appropriate. When I was a newer user of Gusto, and I was locked out of my account twice in a 48-hour period, they were very understanding and stayed on the phone with me to help me resolve the issues with the login and password change.
