Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Where I work we use Gusto for clocking in and out. its used for signing docs electronically. You request time off with in and you can see and print paystubs. Gusto for where I work is for listed above. It save a time machine and paperwork. I have no issues with Gusto.

Cons

The pay stubs could be a tad bigger in writing.
The amount of your check in the paystub could be placed in a better spot, after three years I still struggle to find that
The amount sent to what bank in the paystub would be great
My facility not being able to delete a doc that was signed would be nice. This lets another believe if its not in Gusto that it never was.

Usability

Its easy to look at and find what you are looking for. I do wish the time off would not minus your time when you are requesting it off in the way future. This makes it look like I have no current PTO available. That would be great if changed.

Gusto is easy to use. When you are looking through Gusto the information is laid out nicely and to the side for tabs. The information is not all pushed together. So in words..its easy to navigate. I think many people are afraid for change. To switch your company to a new system is scary. But Gusto is easy and you wouldn't be disappointed. It has what you need and more if needed.
