Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

The primary use case that I interact with Gusto for is tracking hours in hectic times. Working on a campaign with people across the country, it is very difficult to track hours worked and automate paychecks, but Gusto has made it so easy. There are also higher level benefits, and the operations team loves it

I already mentioned that the user interface is one of the biggest pluses. I think the most intutive things that are needed for good software, like good menus are good design are present. However it also looks like a very well made website, with custom and calming loading screens and other things like that

Would you buy Gusto again?

Yes

I think it is well suited for organizations that don't reach the economies of scale where it makes sense to have internal payroll. This could be non-profits and really anything else that needs a simple mechanism to make sure everyone is paid. It is probably a bit cheaper for very large firms to handle payroll a different way
