Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use it for payroll purposes. This includes clocking in and out, reimbursements, PTO and time off requests, approval of staff members. It helps the timing and process of getting everyone's hours in without me having to check in every week to make sure it is accurate. We have started using Gusto much more recently and it has been great.

Pros

  • A reminder noticfication to clock in/out on daily schedule
  • A way to put reimbursements in on the app
  • A way to have all staff members clock in on 1 iPad.
  • Positive - Spending less time figuring out everyone's weekly hours.
  • Positive - Everyone is responsible and it takes responsibility off of mangers.
  • Positive - Can clearly see amount you will be paid and breakdown of hours.
Gusto's overall usability is great. You can use it on a variety of phones. We were worried some people at our company would have difficulty with the app, but it has been very easy to navigate and have everyone be able to clock in and out and even request PTO within the app.

It is an easy system for all staff members use. The clock in and out features are easy to find and use. Editing your times is easy and useful. Also, it has a place to put in reimbursements to be approved which is good. As a manager, it is an easy approval process to put in and edit other staff members hours if they forget.
