Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Our nonprofit organization uses Gusto for a variety of human resources related purposes. These include tracking payroll and benefits, submitting and approving paid time off requests, recording performance reviews, and tracking job applications. This helps with internal communication and organization, while ensuring that there is accountability and legal compliance across the board.

Pros

  • Time off tracking
  • Pay stubs
  • Providing tax documents

Cons

  • Staying logged in
  • Resume organization
  • Saved money versus previous platform
  • Improved employee satisfaction
The platform usually requires you to go through multiple loading screens to get where you want to go. It automatically logs you out after a short time. The organization and labeling of the menu bar is not very intuitive, to me, at least. I really wish the resume review process was easier and would let you directly download resumes with the applicant's name populated in the file name. Instead, you have to click to view the resume in a separate tab and download from there.

Do you think Gusto delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Would you buy Gusto again?

Yes

Gusto is useful for a variety of human resources related purposes. These include tracking payroll and benefits, submitting and approving paid time off requests, recording performance reviews, and tracking job applications. I have had a positive experience managing time off requests and finding tax documents with relative ease. It is not the best hiring platform I have ever used.
