Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

The majority of this service provides relief to Payroll; Time clocks, Adjustments, edits, PTO, STO, RTO services, Benefit packages, and other Services automated through gusto, rather than HR having to front-load. There are other services Gusto offers, but we have yet to need them.

Pros

  • Timesheets
  • Employee calendar
  • Easily navigate benefits package

Cons

  • Wallet App needs to reflect correctly; compared to Browser version. (PTO)
  • Better flow for reminders of benefits and enrollment deadlines.
  • Tax tools on App is glitchy at times ( Acknowledging it is a new service)
ease of use. Friendly all the way down to employee level

Payroll and automating HR services is a huge leverage point for the company. Cannot specifically speak on a less appropriate scenario for Gusto.
