Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for time keeping, to keep track of PTO, and team member info. It helps to consolidate everything in one place and be able to access info about benefits easily.

Pros

  • Keeping track of paydays and paystubs
  • Keeping track and requesting PTO
  • Being able to see info about other members of the company

Cons

  • Time keeping could be improved. It is a little bit clunky and if there were more features it might be faster to use
I think everything is very user-friendly but I do think improvements can be made to the time-keeping system. If there was a way to more easily bring up recently used projects instead of having to sort through the list for every entry that would be a huge help.

Yes

Gusto is really great for keeping track of typical HR info and pay information. I think it could be improved when it comes to timekeeping especially for instances when there are a lot of projects to enter time for.
