Gusto: A great way to improve Payroll processes

We use Gusto for a number of purposes at our agency. We use it to monitor and approve team time off requests, keep track of payroll, onboarding and document storage. We also use their people structure to help with order and give clear job description and titles to our team so we can maintain the hierarchy with in our organization.
