Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We are a small business, and we love using Gusto because of its convenience. The app is easy to navigate, and I especially appreciate being able to make adjustments or requests on the go. I also like that we can upload our own documents and make changes to our W2s if necessary.

Pros

  • Easy user interface
  • Robust App
  • Fast Customer Support

Cons

  • Updating personal information is difficult and having to call customer service is a pain.
  • More functions on the app
  • I would like to see how much my paycheck is once it is processed from my employer before it is deposited into my bank.
  • I think it has done very well!
It is great to use on the go and it has a lot of features that I enjoy using as an employee
