Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I get paid through Gusto. Also my company does their performance reviews through Gusto. I use the product to split up my pay into savings (which I really really like). The scope of my use is just as an employee receiving my pay through the product and splitting my pay into both Gusto accounts and personal accounts
Pros
- Early deposit
- Easy to use website and site design
- One location for all my pay information
Cons
- I'd like to be able to split my pay into multiple savings accounts by percentage, not dollar amount
- I'd like to be able to move money to linked non-Gusto accounts instantly without a fee
- Gusto could provide more information and recommendations to things like savings, investing
- I'd love to be able to buy stocks and bitcoin with Gusto. I use CashApp to do this and it's great.
