Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto takes care of our entire payroll and HR needs, including taking care of tax compliance, benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA and 401k. It also lets us manage reimbursements, onboarding, and integrates with Quickbooks for easy reconciliation

Pros

  • Running payroll and calculating deductions and taxes correctly
  • Benefits administration and acting as our broker with insurance companies
  • Support is always fast to respond and effective
  • It has freed up our time to focus on the business itself rather than administration
The interface is very easy to use and most things are available self-service
We have not used others, we selected Gusto based on previous experience with it as employees at other companies
